Premier Property Solutions Inc. was incorporated in 2015. We became licensed by a licensed brokerage registered with the Securities Commission in early 2016. We are also members in good standing, of the Professional Property Managers Association.

Nik Fast
ceo & President
Nik started Premier Property Solutions in 2015, but had been actively investing in Winnipeg real estate for a number of years before that. When he could not find a reputable property manager to manage his portfolio, he saw it as an opportunity to start his own property management business. After successfully completing the Principles of Property Management course and being accredited by the Manitoba Real Estate Association, Nik became licensed by the Manitoba Securities Commission to operate his property management brokerage here in Winnipeg. 20 years of experience as an educator have helped prepare him for the challenges that come in this business. His involvement in real estate in Winnipeg have resulted in a number of accolades including a national award given out by Canadian Real Estate Wealth magazine.
Sherry
Operations manager
Sherry joined the Premier Property Solutions team in 2019. As Operations Manager, Sherry is highly involved in the day to day running of the business of Premier. From leasing, to maintenance, to dealing with tenants, she has got it covered. Her background in counseling and previous experience at one of Winnipeg’s established property companies, has prepared her well for dealing with many of the situations that she encounters on a daily basis. Her friendly, no-nonsense approach to operations makes her an integral member of the Premier team.
Kim
Controller
Premier’s expert in all things accounting related, is Kim. Joining Premier in 2020, Kim was handpicked to be the company’s Head of Accounting. Highly skilled in business and accounting, Kim has worked for a number of Winnipeg’s property management groups as well as managed the accounting for one of Winnipeg’s most well-known local non-profits. Her attention to detail and upbeat attitude work together to make her a one of Premier’s key team members.
Dan
Leasing Agent
Dan became part of the Premier team in 2021. Always on the go, and filling his Outlook calendar with appointments, Dan is a key factor that keeps our vacancy rate low. When other management groups are closed during the evenings or weekends, Dan is hitting the pavement to make sure our clients’ properties are not sitting empty and losing them money.
